LA Commercial Services, LLC (LACS) was founded by a group of investors who realized the need for unconventional mortgage lending to business owners that don't qualify for the traditional banking model for financing.

Headquartered in Northeastern PA, LACS mission is to provide short term financing to business owners in Northeastern PA that have the equity in their real estate and have a need to consolidate or expand their business.

LACS is a direct, private money lender. We offer quick closing and in most cases lend up to 60% on the value of your property. Most loans are made as first lien mortgages with a term of 3 years and interest rates ranging from 12% to 18%. Our loan amounts range from $25,000 to $400,000.
