Lori

Lori Rudalavage

serves as the Chief Operating Member of LA Commercial Services, LLC. Lori also serves as the President of LA Mortgage Services which opened in 2001. Prior to opening LA Mortgage, she was a Mortgage Originator/Supervisor at a Local Bank for 13 years. She decided to leave banking and go into the mortgage business because of the continuous changes in the market.

Working for LA Commercial allows Lori to help meet the needs of commercial clients, that do not fit into the traditional commercial guidelines of a traditional bank. Lori Rudalavage is a Certified Credit Counselor, and works closely with LA Commercial Clients to get them back on track with their credit and/or budget needs. Lori has over 20 years experience in reading credit reports.

Lori is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance & Business. Her Professional Memberships include Greater Scranton Board of Realtors, Lackawanna County Builders Association, Scranton Chamber of Commerce, Abington Business and Professional Association, Lakeland PTA, Vice President of BNI's High Voltage Group, and The Margery Council for Republican Women. She resides at Newton Lake, PA, with her husband Alan, and children Mara & AJ.




John

John G. Martines

serves as the Managing Member of LA Commercial Services, LLC. He is responsible for the marketing, advertising and new business development for the company. Mr. Martines served as President and CEO of LA Bank for 21 years. Following LA Bank's merger with NBT Bank in 2000, Mr. Martines served as Chairman of Pennstar Bank.

Mr. Martines also serves as the Chairman of LA Mortgage Services and he is Past President of the Board of Marian Community Hospital and Past President of the Board and current board member of Penn State Worthington Scranton Campus. During his career in banking, Mr. Martines served on the board of directors of various civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Martines is a graduate of the University of Scranton and resides with his wife Cheryl at Newton Lake, Pennsylvania.
